Interior works in ramp tunnels at Lovön

Kreate Sverige AB has signed a contract for the interior outfitting of two ramp tunnels on the Förbifart Stockholm project at Lovön. The client is AF Anläggning AB. The contract is a cost-plus contract, and the contract value is estimated to exceed SEK 70 million.

The contract includes an option for an additional two ramp tunnels, valued at approximately SEK 80 million.

Kreate’s scope includes drilling and installing anchor bolts for the membrane ceiling and concrete elements, installing the membrane roof, reinforcement work, installation of wall elements, and applying shotcrete to the ceiling.

Work is scheduled to begin in early June 2024 and continue until March 2025—or until the end of 2025 if the option is exercised.
