We've hit rock bottom

Just before Christmas, we reached the bottom of the shaft at Stadsgården.
The initial contract covered the first 6 meters, and we have since advanced an additional 96 meters. We have been entrusted by JV Hochtief/Implenia to further expand the bottom section of the shaft into a chamber, as well as to excavate and reinforce a short access tunnel.

As part of this phase, the shaft will be deepened by another 2.5 meters, bringing the total depth in rock to 104.5 meters.

The project is being carried out for JV Hochtief-Implenia on behalf of Svenska kraftnät, as part of the Anneberg–Skanstull project.
