Kreate – First Tunnel Contractor on the Yellow Line!

Kreate Sverige AB has signed an agreement with Region Stockholm regarding the construction of the Älvsjö access tunnel on Stockholm’s new Metro, the Yellow Line.

The contract value is approximately SEK 91 million, and the project includes support structures, soil and rock excavation down to the tunnel portal, reinforcement of the portal, and a roughly 300 meter long access tunnel leading to the future Älvsjö station. Rock excavation and reinforcement of the actual station area are included as an option in the contract.

The contract amount will be added to the order backlog immediately, and work will begin in January 2026.
