About us
BBEAB was founded in 2013 by Veli and Maria Taatila. Until 2022, the company primarily carried out demanding underground construction projects. Before the acquisition, BBEAB had a revenue of SEK 120 million and employed around 50 people.
The company took further steps forward on September 2, 2022, and became part of the listed company Kreate Oyj from Finland. Kreate Oyj is a market-leading company in the infrastructure industry. We are now called Kreate Sverige AB.
We are certified according to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).
Whistleblowing
The key principles of Kreate’s communication are consistency, accuracy, transparency, efficiency, and fairness. Kreate has established a whistleblowing procedure to allow individuals employed by Kreate to report cases where there is reasonable doubt that someone employed by Kreate may have violated laws and regulations concerning stock markets or ethical principles.
Reports are reviewed by a person authorized by the company. If there is reason to suspect a violation based on such a report, or if the violation can be proven, the company must refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.
How can I submit a whistleblowing report?
You can submit a whistleblowing report either in your own name or anonymously using the First Whistle-channel.
Describe in your own words your suspicions and the circumstances that led to them. In order for an anonymous report to be appropriately processed, it must describe the suspected violation and the whistleblower’s grounds for suspicion and/or details about it. The law requires that all reports be made honestly and in good faith.
