Drain mats Sickla Nya Tunnelbanan

As a subcontractor, Kreate Sverige was responsible for installing drainage mats and technical bolts on the Sickla section of the New Metro project—one of Stockholm’s largest infrastructure initiatives in modern times.

As part of the assignment, we installed a total of 15,000 m² of drainage mats and 6,000 technical bolts. The drainage mats contribute to effective water drainage in the rock tunnel and ensure a dry and sustainable structure, while the bolting system is a central component for future installations in the subway.

The project was carried out with high standards for quality, workplace safety, and delivery reliability in a complex tunnel environment.
